VC 2 Club Terms & Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform.
- Booking Slots: Performers can book slots to perform on our comedy stage. Bookings are subject to availability and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Booking Fee: A fee may be applicable for booking a slot. All payments are non-refundable.
- Payments: Payments are collected through a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on the gateway’s systems and are never seen or stored by us.
- Payment Gateway Offers and Cashback: Any discount, cashback, reward or offer shown to you during payment — including offers on UPI, cards, wallets or net banking — is offered by the payment gateway, your bank or the relevant payment provider, and not by VC 2 Club. Such offers are governed entirely by that provider’s own terms and conditions, and we have no control over their eligibility criteria, value, processing time or withdrawal. We are not liable if an offer or cashback is not applied, is delayed, is credited only in part, or is withdrawn at any time. Any claim relating to such an offer must be raised with the payment gateway, bank or provider concerned. The booking fee payable to us is unaffected by any such offer.
- Content and Conduct:
- Performers are responsible for the content of their performances.
- Hate speech, explicit content, or any form of discrimination is prohibited.
- Performers must ensure content doesn't infringe upon copyrights or other legal rights.
- Age Restriction: Performers must be 18 years or older to book a slot.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any injury, damages, or negative outcomes from a performance.
- Privacy: Our Privacy Policy outlines our data collection and usage practices.
- Changes to Terms: We can change these terms at any time without notice. Using our platform means accepting any changes.
- Termination: We can terminate access for users violating these terms.
- Governing Law: These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in Delhi courts.
